Meet Your Inspector

As a south jersey native, Todd founded Smart Inspections after getting his start in the building trades working for his grandfather’s plumbing, heating and air condition business.  Along with be a NJ Licensed Home Inspector, Todd has a Biological Science Degree from Rowan University, is a Rutgers University Certified Septic Inspector, DEP Certified Radon Measuring Technician, InterNACHI Certified Wood Destroying Insect Inspector, and FAA certified Drone Pilot.  Todd is a residence of Gloucester County along with his wife and two kids.
